As you may know, the first Earth Day was on April 22nd, 1970. Earth Day began to raise public awareness of environmental problems. It has led to the creation of the Environmental Protection Agency, which is an organization that has passed many laws designed to protect the people and the planet.
We launched on April 22nd, 2021. We chose this day because Lazy Hype was founded with the intention of sustainability. No greenwashing, just transparency. We are honest about our processes and how we operate. Progress > Perfection. We are imperfectly sustainable; this means we do all that we can and are continuously looking towards ways to become even more sustainable as a business. Because of this, Earth Day seemed like the ideal way to launch our brand!
