How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is being dispatched Please allow a couple of hours as sometimes orders are not scanned straight away.
How do I cancel my order?
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via email or Instagram DM.
Can I exchange my order?
We are currently not set up to process exchanges. If you want to exchange your order for another item, it is recommended that you return your package and wait for store credit to be issued before placing another order.
I am wondering if an out of stock item will be restocked?
If you would like to be notified when an item is restocked, select the product and size you want and click on "Notify Me" to enter your email. If an item is out of stock and no longer visible on our website, please send us a request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I return an item?
If it doesn’t work out we gladly accept returns for unworn items in original condition with the tags still attached (excluding socks and jewelry) for store credit. We offer simple returns for all US orders. For information, please visit our Returns Page
I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?
Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.
Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
Shipping estimates are provided by carrier after the order has been fulfilled, please allow 7-10 business days . We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
